We first met Mr. Steinmetz at a very difficult time for our family, when our family member had just experienced a catastrophic injury, which was compounded by the fact that we reside in British Columbia. Mr. Steinmetz met with us promptly, and went out of his way to visit us in the hospital, to explain the situation in a succinct and compassionate manner.
