Tammy Cluett

Tammy Cluett is a Personal Injury Law Clerk and Office Manager with Steinmetz & Associates. Tammy has worked in the legal profession for over 20 years, mainly in insurance defence and plaintiffs’ personal injury, and is certified by the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. She began working with Harry Steinmetz as his legal assistant in 1997. Tammy provides ongoing assistance to Harry Steinmetz and his team in all aspects of the litigation process, beginning with meeting new clients and following the file through to the end. She has experience with trials in Superior Court, and mediation and arbitration proceedings with FSCO and ADR Chambers. She has a comprehensive understanding of litigation procedures. Tammy is also responsible for the day to day management of the firm and is responsible for HR related matters, work allocation, accounts payable, billings, and systems management for the firm. Tammy lives in Pickering with her husband and their two children. When not at work she loves spending time with family and travelling when the opportunity arises.
